- Charter of new living habits -

 

 

1. Try all these Superfitness etc... from the HSP Tübingen, and find at least one, or the best combination, to practise regularly.

2. Meditation once a week.

3. Regular biking.

4. Not so fat food in the evening : LIGHT DINNERS.

5. Avoid sweets.

6. Make creative things (z.B. design clothes, color hair...).

7. NO SMOKING.

8. Practise regularly a team-sport.

9. Walk in the Nature from time to time.

10. No stress at work.

11. Let the stress of your work behind you when you leave your work.

12. Spend friendly evening with friends.
